All our products are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase against any defect or defect in construction and workmanship. ARTICLE 9: DELIVERY<\/h2>\n

Sending the order is done in 2 steps:<\/p>\n

Order picking:
\nOrders are prepared within 48h to 72h after validation (excluding weekends and holidays). The delays can be longer during sales, promotions or special operations.<\/p>\n

The delivery:
\nThe delivery time corresponds to the time of routing by the carrier. The times displayed are therefore only indicative and do not constitute a strict deadline.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 10: RETURNS – REFUNDS<\/h2>\n

Return of goods :
\nAny return must be reported in advance via the contact form on www.kerwax.com in order to obtain an RMA.<\/p>\n

Any complaint concerning a delivery must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, which implies the total absence of trace of use. Any modification on the unit will cancel any possible return by the workshop. No returns will be accepted without our prior agreement and the obtaining of an RMA number which will be provided to you as soon as possible after contacting our customer service department. If you do not have an RMA number, your return will be refused and returned to you. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, in particular for products with free (integrated) shipping, unless otherwise agreed with our customer service. Please note that we do not accept product returns, except in the case of defective material or prior agreement. Unique or out-of-stock products that are manufactured “on demand \/ to order” for the customer cannot be returned.<\/p>\n

Refunds :
\nWe guarantee a refund within 30 days or less from the date of receipt of the returned package. No C.O.D. shipment will be accepted, whatever the reason.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 11: REPAIRS<\/h2>\n

SARL Kerwax may carry out repair work at the customer’s request on any equipment deemed repairable by SARL Kerwax.<\/p>\n

An inventory of fixtures signed by the customer is drawn up when the equipment is taken over.<\/p>\n

A repair estimate is drawn up and communicated to the customer.<\/p>\n

If the customer refuses to accept the quotation, a minimum charge of 60 \u20ac will be invoiced to the customer.<\/p>\n

The repair is guaranteed for 3 months from the date of recovery of the equipment by the customer. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the final invoice.<\/p>\n

An invoice will be issued for the recovery of the equipment.<\/p>\n

The guarantee covers parts and labour returned to the workshop within the framework of normal use, excluding breakage and vandalism. Travel or shipping costs will always be at the customer’s expense. The guarantee does not apply to accessories and consumables (electronic tubes…), it also depends on the conditions of the manufacturers and the legal provisions.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 12: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/h2>\n

From the date of delivery of your order, you have a period of 14 clear days to exercise your right of withdrawal by returning your order within this period (C. consom. art. L 121-20), and be fully reimbursed. You will be fully reimbursed for the cost of returning the goods. However, incomplete, worn, damaged or soiled products will not be taken back.<\/p>\n

Retour de marchandises :

Toute r\u00e9clamation concernant une livraison devra \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e dans les 48 heures suivant la r\u00e9ception de la marchandise. Les produits doivent \u00eatre retourn\u00e9s dans leur \u00e9tat et emballage d\u2019origine, ce qui implique l\u2019absence totale de trace d\u2019utilisation. Toute modification sur l\u2019appareil annulera toute reprise possible par l\u2019atelier. Aucun retour ne sera accept\u00e9 sans notre accord pr\u00e9alable et l\u2019obtention d\u2019un num\u00e9ro de RMA qui vous sera fourni dans les plus brefs d\u00e9lais apr\u00e8s prise de contact de notre service client\u00e8le. Si vous n\u2019avez pas de RMA, votre retour sera refus\u00e9 et vous sera renvoy\u00e9. La prise en charge du mat\u00e9riel donne lieu \u00e0 un \u00e9tat des lieux sign\u00e9 par le client.<\/p>\n

Un devis de r\u00e9paration est \u00e9dit\u00e9 et communiqu\u00e9 au client.<\/p>\n

En cas de refus du devis par le client une prise en charge minimum de 60 \u20ac sera factur\u00e9e au client.<\/p>\n

La r\u00e9paration est garantie 3 mois \u00e0 compter de la date de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration du mat\u00e9riel par le client. Sauf indication contraire explicitement indiqu\u00e9e sur la facture finale.<\/p>\n

La r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration du mat\u00e9riel donne lieu \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9dition d\u2019une facture.<\/p>\n

La garantie s\u2019entend pi\u00e8ce et main d\u2019\u0153uvre retour en atelier dans le cadre d\u2019une utilisation normale, hors casse et vandalisme. ARTICLE 12 : DROIT DE RETRACTATION<\/h2>\n
